Cooks Cove is a small custom built development on Lake Wylie Road. There are about 50-homes in all of Cooks Cove. All of the homes are over 3000 to 6000 square feet. All of the homesites in Cooks Cove are at least 1-acre. It is no more than 5 miles from Cooks Cove to grocery shopping, a major national home store, one of the best steak houses in the Charlotte area and several other restaurants, doctors, dentists, etc. Further it is only about 15 miles to a shopping mall in Gastonia.
