Creeks Edge is an intermediate price range community in the Lake Wylie area. Creeks Edge has about 220 homesites. There were two different builders in Creeks Edge so there are 10-15 floor plans. One of the builders builds only all brick homes and also offer ranch style homes. Although these are not custom built homes they have many similar features. Most of the homes in Creeks Edge have 2-car garages and vary from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet.
Creeks Edge is in the Rock Hill school district with excellent schools including the award winning Southwest Rock Hill High School. Shopping for Creeks Edge is generally closer in Rock Hill is more abundant in the Lake Wylie area. The closest covered mall is about 10 miles away in Rock Hill. The covered mall in Gastonia is less than 15 miles and even the Charlotte malls are only about 20 miles from Creeks Edge. There is an excellent hospital less than 10 miles away in Rock Hill.
