The Coves on River Oaks is a low density upscale community currently under construction in Lake Wylie. The community will consist of 160 homesites on 250 acres adjacent to Lake Wylie. Homesites will be 1+ acres, with permanent conservation areas. Most of the homes in The Cove on River Oaks are 4 or 5 bedrooms with 3-1/2 to 5-baths. The Coves on River Oaks is located off Hwy 279 which goes from Lake Wylie to Gastonia. The Coves on River Oaks is only about five minutes from Lake Wylie shopping, doctors and dentists offices, etc. The nearest major mall is about 10 minutes north into Gastonia.
